Parking Dilemma

I was going to post a completely different story about work, but that has to wait due to my rage building inside. So here it is, yesterday as my dad dropped me off to my apartment I noticied there were no more parking spaces available and knew once I left my spot someone would most likely steal my parking space. Well I had to take the chance because I had to pick up Julius from his god dad's apartment. Guess what happens when I get home....NO PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE. Ok fine whatever I'll just park in the handicap space and wait for someone to leave. I stood at my front watching out the window for 2 freaking hours, like a lion waiting a pounce on it's dinner. Are you kidding me? I know for a fact most of these people are not tenants of these apartments and yes I understand these are not reserved parking spaces and up for grabs, but damnit I live in these apartments and pay $900 to live there. After 2 hours I gave up and figured I would give it another hour and then come back to my hunt for a parking space. Still no luck as I get more and more aggravated I finally give up on my search. Later that night Allan came home and as he came in I spotted a car about to pull out of a spot so I grab my coat and run out the door, as I jumped in the car and pulled out of my space I see another car which came out of no where signalling to pull into that spot. Son of a bitch, the person pulled there other car out of their garage to save that spot. Now I'm really pissed and drive around the building in hopes to find another spot eventually I pull back into the handicap spot I originally was in. And it gets worse, not only did the sneaky bitch move her other car but she stood outside waiting to see where I was going to park, and watched me walk back to my apartment door. At this point Allan was standing outside and I yelled to him "just wait till I key the shit out of her car". I'm pretty sure she had heard me because an hour later when the other car returned the sneaky bitch walked around her whole car checking to see if there was any damage to her car. Those are not the only neighbors I have problems with about the whole parking issue, the Cambodians who live right next to me constantly take up a minimum of 3 spots but yesterday I saw 5 of their cars. The reason why I know this is that Allan knows the nephew who always comes and stays at their apartment. If Allan didn't know him oh goodness GAME ON!

To A New Beginning

First off Happy New Year. Wow first post of the new year. I've decided to take a new spin on things and instead of write about things I see or hear I'll write about things that happen to me me throughout my boring day sounds fun right??? Well if you could only imagine working in an ER. No, we do not take trauma patients. No, we do not deliver babies. And no, we don't have a psych unit but hey we do get some crazies at least once or ten times a day. Not only do we have some crazy patient I also have some crazy coworkers, don't get me wrong they are hysterical but at the same time just a little off. Get ready, get set, cause here we go into the life of mama michele I guess it will be kind of like a diary for me.

Cha Cha I found your boy

Cha I found your boy walking the streets. Time to find out what he's up to. Sometimes I see him with children walking luckily today he was by himself. I think you should confront him and find out what he's up to.

kona kitchen

we started early last night at 8 not knowing we were gonna end up going to kona and finished the fifth of crown by 10pm. by the time we got to kona kitchen i was sober and very tired. the only thing that hyped me up was this this special performance by jason, syl, and jacob who sang circle of life (remix). thanks guys for singing our requested song.

checkup

today is officially the last day of my 5 day weekend and i'm pretty bummed. it didn't even feel like i had 5 days off it just felt like my 2 days off. julius had his 15 month checkup today and it went pretty smooth, he received 2 shots the first one he didn't cry at all just gave the nurse the stank eye but the second shot he cried, poor baby. here's his mini photo shoot from his pedi visit.

fatboy say what

this kid was sitting on the couch with a bag of popcorn to himself can we say fatty!! i had to immediately take the bag away from him and luckily he did not cry. i like to call him mommy's little fatboy. oh juju how i love you so.

the bbq actually ended up happening and the results were awsome. hot dogs, ginger sesame short ribs, and carribean jerk chicken, very yummy. now it's time to drink!

welcome to the family

SUSHI!!!!
i finally decided we needed a family pet. we had a fun filled day of shopping and our last stop was to walmart so i could pick up some razors and i suddenly out of no where remembered walmart carries fish. since i've been missing my previous beta 'harry potter' (r.i.p.) i decided on getting our first family pet. everyone please welcome 'sushi'.

lunch time

so for my lunch i got to go to my coworkers new studio. it was really cute had an older style elevator and the building just looked outdated but it was cozy. so my coworkers decided to go to sleep and i just sat there and watched tv pretty boring but chill. I wanted to capture the precious moment of both of them asleep.

play time

very happy to see julius' chirstmas presents finally getting some use out of them. got off work and picked julius up and played together in his room. it was nice to just sit there and watch him play on his little mini indoor slide and activity center.

good morning seattle

good morning seattle, it is now about 5:30 am and yes i am still awake at work finishing up my 17 hr shift. decided to go outside and get some fresh air to wake me up. took a pic of downtown and yes it's still dark outside. two and a half hrs to go. it's getting to that point where i just want to go home and be in bed. i just keep telling myself it's only a couple more hrs.

double shift

so today i decided to pull a double, i've done one shift and have one to go. not really tired yet, just a little on the bored side. praying that tonight will be slow and i can take it easy since it was busy in the er earlier. this is what i'm running on: a cherry coke along with a coffee frappucino and a cup full of ice. hopefully it will help. i wish time would go by faster.






 

friday the thirteenth

happy friday the 13th everyone! which also means pay day for me. yayy!! anyways i finally ordered myself a iphone case. thanks to the help of my coworkers i decided to get the white and black speck candyshell case which will go really well with my white iphone. so in 5-8 business days my phone will be somewhat protected. luckily amazon ships their items fast so i will probably receive it sooner. i also ordered julius some new movies. so hopefully that kid will get a kick out if those. back to work i go.

stupid signs

dear whoever decided to install these new stupid signs,
ever since you turned these speed signs on traffic has gotten worse. i'm pretty sure your intentions were better but they are making my life hell. please turn these signs off in the morning when there is already traffic and we know we need to reduce speed.

once again allan is with his love madden 2011 and if you've ever played or watched someone play madden you would know they have these upbeat popular songs. well today julius decided to watch daddy play madden and this was the result. proud to say my baby can drop it like it's hot!

kids do the darndest things

now that madden 2011 has stolen my boyfriend away from me, i get to hang with my little man and watch him stuff a million different things in his mouth. one of the things being allan's iphone, of course at the time it was completely hilarious little did i know julius would end up breaking it. and now allan is phoneless, poor guy. now that i think about it i should have taken a picture. another eventful night for mama mo.
